SMS messaging program

Modern Pools AZ operates an SMS program to communicate with homeowners who request information about a custom pool. When you opt in, you may receive text messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and confirmations, reminders, and occasional project updates and offers.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
